Terms of Service

GreatDayFor is a young, actively developed product. Features may change or be removed as the Service evolves; when a change materially affects a paid feature, we will let you know. Paid subscriptions are protected by the refund policy in Section 7.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. The Service is built for adult coaches and program administrators; it is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@greatdayfor.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate the rights of others.
• Upload content that is harassing, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data outside of features the Service provides for that purpose.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

Practice plans, drill notes, roster information, and other content you create or upload (“Your Content”) remains yours. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you and the teammates you invite. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and we do not use it to train machine-learning models.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any personal information (including roster names) you enter into the Service, and for following any applicable youth-sports privacy guidance in your league or jurisdiction.

The Service itself, including its software, design, logos, and seeded drill library, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. The seeded drill content is provided for your use within the Service; do not redistribute it outside the Service without permission.

The Service offers a free plan (“Free”) and a paid plan, “Coach Pro,” priced at $9.99/mo per organization. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

Automatic renewal. Coach Pro is a monthly subscription: your payment method is charged $9.99/mo at the start of each billing cycle, and the subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.

How to cancel. You can cancel anytime, yourself, from Settings → Billing & Plan → “Manage billing” — no email or phone call required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep Coach Pro access until then, and you are not charged again.

After cancellation or downgrade. Your organization returns to the Free plan. Your teams, plans, and drills are kept and stay readable; Free plan limits apply only to creating new things beyond them. We never delete your content because a subscription ended.

Refunds. If Coach Pro isn’t working out, any charge — your first or a renewal — is eligible for a full refund within 7 days of billing, provided your organization hasn’t materially used Coach Pro features since the charge. Email hello@greatdayfor.com from an admin account and we’ll take care of it. Refunds outside this window may be granted at our discretion.

Price changes. If the Coach Pro price changes, existing subscribers get at least 30 days’ email notice before the new price applies to a renewal.

Free trial. We currently offer a 14-day free trial of Coach Pro. The trial does not require a credit card. We will not charge you during the trial or when it ends, and the trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. When the 14 days end, your organization returns to the Free plan automatically — your teams, plans, and drills are kept and stay readable — and Coach Pro continues only if you actively choose to upgrade.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or create a security or legal risk to other users. Following termination, your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
